Our Client Development Manager's areas of focus:
• Build relationships with top accounts through regular business reviews.
• Learn the needs and priorities of current partners.
• Identify contract commitments and support the renewal process.
• Continuously close added services by leveraging all divisions.
• Maintain accurate records and progress notes for visited accounts.
• Leverage technology to capture before-and-after results.
• Prospect for potential new clients within primary service areas.
• Align goals, service quality, and client needs.
• Multitask effectively across accounts, priorities, and follow-up actions.
