Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in the facility, ensuring a welcoming environment and understanding their specific needs.
• Present product features, benefits, and pricing options confidently to maximize sales opportunities.
• Upsell additional products or services to enhance customer satisfaction and increase revenue.
• Build strong customer relationships through effective communication, active listening, and personalized service.
• Conduct merchandising activities to ensure product displays are attractive, organized, and compliant with company standards.
• Maintain organizational skills to keep track of sales data, client information, and route schedules for efficient daily operations.

Qualifications

• Previous sales background preferred but not required; a strong desire to learn is essential.
• Valid driver's license
• Bachelors Degree in Exercise science is Preferred, but not Required
• Bachelors Degree in sales/Business Administration is preferred.
• Basic math skills for pricing calculations, inventory management, and order processing.
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction, team collaboration, and conveying product information clearly.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting when handling equipment while following safe lifting practices.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple client accounts, and merchandising tasks efficiently.
