As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a responsible and motivated Window & Door Sales Representative to join our team. Position Title: Windows & Doors Sales Representative Location: Union City, CA Employment Type: Full-Time Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm 5 working days per week, based on company schedule Occasional overtime may be required based on business needs Job

Responsibilities

:

• Answer customer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle daily customer inquiries
• Introduce window and door products to customers, understand their needs, and provide suitable product recommendations
• Prepare quotations based on customer requirements and follow up with customers to close sales
• Process sales orders, payments, and related documentation
• Follow up on customer orders and coordinate with production, installation, or other related departments
• Track and follow up on accounts receivable
• Assist with daily office administrative tasks, including document organization and customer record maintenance Job

Requirements

:

• Sales or customer service experience preferred
• Detail-oriented, responsible, patient, and professional when communicating with customers
• Willing to learn window and door product knowledge
• Bilingual in Mandarin and English
• Basic computer and office operation skills
• Professional appearance and workplace etiquette
• Able to accommodate occasional overtime
• Must have legal work authorization and be able to file taxes

Preferred Qualifications

:

• 1 year or more of sales experience
• Experience in windows, doors, construction materials, remodeling, construction, or related industries
• Familiarity with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Experience with quotations, order processing, and accounts receivable follow-up
