Appointment Setter (High Call Volume) - Cumming, GA Industrial Repair Service Location : Cumming, GA (must live within 25 miles - local candidates only) Schedule : Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Pay : $15-$18/hour (based on experience)

About the Role

Industrial Repair Service is seeking an Appointment Setter to support our Outside Sales team by making outbound calls and scheduling appointments with businesses. This is a high-volume calling position that requires confidence on the phone, consistency, and strong attendance. You do not need industrial experience to succeed here. We are happy to train candidates who are motivated, dependable, and eager to learn a new industry.

What You'll Do

• Make 125 outbound calls per day to businesses
• Speak with contacts and work toward setting appointments for Outside Sales Reps
• Navigate gatekeepers and reach the appropriate contacts
• Build interest in our services through conversation
• Maintain organized notes and activity in CRM What We're Looking For
• Strong communication and phone skills
• Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls daily
• Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability and desire to influence conversations and generate interest
• Consistency, resilience, and strong work ethic Experience in customer service, call centers, retail, hospitality, or appointment setting is helpful, but not required.
