The Role As our Sales Coordinator, you will be the primary bridge between our prospective fleet clients and our active operations team. This fast-paced role is perfect for someone who loves organizing details, building client relationships, and driving sales from lead to close.

What You'll Do

• Manage Lead Intake: Respond quickly to inbound inquiries from businesses looking for fleet washing services.
• Generate Quotes & Proposals: Assess fleet sizes, service needs, and frequency to build accurate pricing proposals.
• Coordinate Schedules: Align new sales agreements with our operational schedule to ensure seamless service onboarding.
• Maintain CRM: Keep client records, communications, and follow-ups organized and up to date.

Who You Are

• At least 21 years of age with a valid Driver's License. Must be able to drive to customer locations.
• Experienced: You have 12 years of experience in sales support, customer coordination, or office administration. (Experience in the automotive, logistics, or commercial service industries is a major plus!)
• Highly Organized: You can juggle multiple client requests, coordinate calendars, and never let a lead fall through the cracks.
• Great Communicator: You possess excellent phone and email etiquette, with the ability to confidently pitch our services to fleet managers.
• Tech-Savvy: You are comfortable working with scheduling software, and standard office tools. What We Offer
• $42,000/year base salary, with monthly performance bonuses after 90 days.
