Key Responsibilities

• Recruit and develop a team of insurance agents
• Train and mentor agents in business development and client service
• Build relationships with local businesses and professional partners
• Lead weekly team meetings and ongoing coaching sessions
• Track team activity and production to ensure consistent growth
• Support agents in the field through joint appointments and coaching
• Create a culture of accountability, professionalism, and success Ideal Candidate
• Leadership or management experience preferred
• Sales, business development, or recruiting experience helpful
• Strong communication and coaching skills
• Highly motivated and goal oriented
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the desire to build a team
