Compensation

About the Role

As a New Home Sales Agent , your primary responsibility is to guide buyers through the purchase process, writing offers, presenting them to the seller, and maintaining consistent communication. You'll be the key link between the buyer and the builder while we handle the escrow coordination and marketing efforts. What We're Looking For We're seeking professionals who are:

• Licensed & Available Must hold an active California Real Estate License and be willing to work weekends.
• Ethical & Professional Committed to upholding our code of ethics and complying with California DRE regulations.
• Motivated & Organized Confident in writing and presenting offers. Self-starters who are detail-oriented and results-driven will thrive in this role.
• Personable & Energetic Positive individuals who enjoy working with people and building relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Write and Present Offers Confidently represent buyers and submit offers to the seller.
• Client Communication Maintain open, proactive communication throughout the buying process.
• Lead Follow-Up Follow up with prospects via email, phone, and printed materials.
• Networking & Outreach Actively market both yourself and your community to generate new leads and traffic.
