We are a well-established, growing State Farm agency in Portland looking for a high-quality professional to join our team as a Client Account Manager. This is not a typical customer service role. You will manage relationships with clients, help them make important decisions about their insurance, and become a trusted point of contact over time. We are looking for someone who takes pride in doing things the right way and is looking for a long-term careernot just a job.

What You'll Do

• Manage and support a group of existing clients
• Help customers make updates and decisions on their insurance coverage
• Provide clear, professional communication and follow-through
• Coordinate with our team to ensure a high level of service
• Identify opportunities to better protect customers (cross-coverage, life conversations, etc.) Who This Role Is For This role is a great fit for someone who:
