What You'll Do

• Meet Virtually and/or in person with individuals and families
• Educate clients on life insurance and retirement planning strategies
• Conduct financial needs analyses
• Help clients identify solutions that align with their goals
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Develop business through networking, referrals, relationship-building
• Participate in training, mentorship, and professional development programs

Requirements

• Active Life & Health Insurance License perferred but not required
• Unlicensed candidates are welcome to apply
• Candidates without a license must be willing to dedicate the time and effort necessary to obtain their Life & Health Insurance License within 30 days
• Training and guidance are provided throughout the licensing process

Compensation

1099 Independent Contractor

• Performance- based commission structure
