Automotive Sales Associate (Hourly + Commission) MJT Auto Sales is looking for a motivated and outgoing Automotive Sales Associate to help sell vehicles from our inventory. This position offers an hourly wage plus commission , giving you the opportunity to earn additional income for every vehicle you successfully sell.

Responsibilities

• Promote and market vehicles to potential buyers.
• Respond to customer inquiries and answer questions.
• Schedule vehicle showings and test drives.
• Assist customers throughout the entire sales process.
• Follow up with interested buyers.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive buying experience.

Requirements

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented.
• Sales experience is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to attract and build relationships with potential customers.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• Portuguese, English & Spanish ( preferred )

Compensation

• Competitive hourly pay.
