Using a prescribed and proven method/process initiate conversations with prospects to identify ways to serve their needs. Once needs are identified providing service, to have insurance products retain the risk of owning assets and operating vehicles. Be friendly with prospects and help them identify solutions to the perils of life and the world. Requirements

computer/phone/email skills, punctual, polite, ability to learn, business casual dress, professional attitude and speach. customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Maintaining a positive attitude regardless of circumstance. Customer outreach through phone, email, & SMS. Patience, Kindness, Tolerance. Neat/maintained appearance. Desire to learn and grow. Strong work ethic. Improve sales in the first few months, maintain sales activity and numbers, work with others to develop when more production is desired. Continue to sell insurance!
