We are currently hiring an Entry Level Sales Associate to join our growing AT&T; team. As an Entry Level Sales Associate, you will work directly with customers to introduce AT&T;'s wireless plans, internet services, and connected devices. Responsibilities

• Meet with customers to discuss AT&T; products, wireless plans, internet services, devices, and current promotions
• Recommend products and services that fit each customer's needs
• Build positive customer relationships through excellent service and follow-up
• Assist with new account activations, upgrades, enrollments, and account changes
• Work with team members and leadership to meet daily and weekly sales goals
• Identify opportunities to introduce additional AT&T; products and services
• Answer customer questions and provide helpful product information
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records Entry Level Sales Associate

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or account management is a plus
• Strong communication and people skills
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Prior Entry Level Sales Associate experience is highly desirable
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
