Responsibilities

InStore Sales & Customer Service

• Greet customers in the showroom and assist with selecting major appliances (refrigerators, washers, dryers, etc.)
• Answer phone calls, respond to customer inquiries, and explain product features and pricing
• Create invoices, process payments, and complete the full sales cycle
• Maintain store inventory, assist with receiving shipments, and track products and parts
• Organize showroom displays, stock products, and update price tags
• Post appliance listings on Facebook Marketplace and reply to customer messages promptly
• Assist customers with appliance pickup: wrapping, securing, and providing guidance
• Keep the store and display appliances clean and presentable Optional

Responsibilities

• Assist with loading/unloading appliances from trucks
• Move and arrange appliances within the store Work Schedule
• Primarily MondayFriday
• Weekend and major holiday availability required (highest customer traffic and best commission opportunities)

Qualifications

• Fluent in English; Mandarin/Chinese required.
• Prior experience in sales, retail, customer service, or appliance industry preferred
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality
• Responsible, detailoriented, and able to meet sales goals independently
• Comfortable using a computer for email, online research, and vendor portals
• Positive attitude and motivated to achieve results
• Valid driver's license with a clean record
• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• New graduates welcome full sales training provided
• Work authorization support available
