At BMG Solutions, our sales and business consulting firm is the bridge between Verizon innovation and Chattanooga. The Entry Level Sales Representative will lead the sales effort by showing families how new cell phones can transform their mobile experience. Every account the Entry Level Sales Representative manages represents a person you've helped stay in touch with loved ones. As an Entry Level Sales Representative, you'll gain hands-on experience in sales management and wireless business development. The Entry Level Sales Representative will shadow experienced Entry Level Sales Representatives, practice face-to-face customer interactions, and develop the skills needed to guide families through Verizon's cell phone options with professionalism.

Responsibilities

of the Entry Level Sales Representative

• Meet homeowners facetoface to discuss their wireless needs and introduce Verizon cellphone plans through clear, clientfocused sales conversations.
• Learn to assess wireless accounts to identify upgrade opportunities and strengthen Verizon's residential sales pipeline.
• Break down Verizon plans, devices, and features in simple terms that support confident account decisions.
• Support the creation of personalized quotes and assist with smooth, accurate sales enrollments.
• Keep organized records of client interactions, client needs, and followup commitments.
• Build positive neighborhood relationships that strengthen Verizon's client base and longterm sales opportunities.

Qualifications

of the Entry Level Sales Representative

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous experience in sales support or sales is a plus, but not required.
• Confidence simplifying Verizon cellphone features during facetoface conversations.
• Steady demeanor that builds trust and supports positive sales experiences.

/ Job Details

• Pay Structure: Commission-based pay with average weekly earnings of $950 - $1,350, with top performers earning $1,000 - $1,500+ per week.

Work Environment

/Location: Full-time, in-person position based in Chattanooga, TN. Representatives will travel throughout the local market, meeting directly with homeowners and prospective customers.

• Schedule: Full-time availability required, approximately 40 hours per week, Monday through Saturday.
• Client / Product: Entry Level Sales Representatives will speak with business owners who are using Verizon or are interested in using Verizon and upsell their products and services Pay: From $950.00 per week Work Location: In person
