Sales Consultant (Entry-Level) Location: Elements Room Showroom Department: Sales Reports To: Showroom Manager / Regional Sales Manager

Position Summary

Elements Room is seeking a highly motivated, polished, and customer-focused Entry-Level Sales Consultant to join our luxury showroom team. This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about design, architecture, premium products, and building long-term client relationships. You do not need previous stone industry experiencewe will train you. What matters most is your attitude, professionalism, ability to learn quickly, and commitment to delivering an exceptional client experience. At Elements Room, we don't simply sell surfaceswe help clients create extraordinary spaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome every client with professionalism and hospitality.
• Learn and confidently present our portfolio of premium natural stone, quartz, porcelain, and specialty surfaces.
• Guide homeowners, designers, architects, builders, and fabricators through the selection process.
• Build strong relationships that generate repeat business and referrals.
• Follow our consultative sales process from first visit through project completion.
• Maintain accurate customer information within the CRM.
• Follow up consistently on leads, quotes, and pending opportunities.
• Coordinate with operations and customer service to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Maintain showroom presentation to luxury brand standards.
• Participate in product training, vendor presentations, and sales meetings.
• Achieve individual sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Qualifications

Required

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Comfortable learning technology and CRM systems.
• Valid driver's license. Preferred
• Bachelor's degree or coursework in Business, Interior Design, Marketing, Architecture, or related field.
• Customer service, hospitality, luxury retail, or sales experience.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Portuguese) is a plus. Ideal Candidate We're looking for someone who is:

• Natural stone and Premium Surfaces
• Interior design fundamentals
• Luxury customer experience
• Consultative selling

• Quoting process
• Inventory knowledge
• Fabrication process
• Installation basics
• Customer follow-up strategies Performance Expectations (First Year) Within the first 90 days:
• Complete all product certification training.
• Demonstrate proficiency with CRM and quoting systems.
• Successfully manage assigned showroom opportunities.
• Begin generating independent sales. Within the first year:
• Meet monthly sales goals.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction scores.
• Develop a strong referral network among designers, builders, and homeowners.
