Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and increasing revenue through effective communication and relationship building.

Responsibilities

- Manage and grow customer accounts through excellent sales strategies - Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities - Develop and maintain relationships with clients - Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets - Provide exceptional customer service before and after the sale Skills - Proficiency in sales software for tracking leads and sales performance - Account management experience to retain and grow existing client base - Bilingual in Spanish is a plus for effective communication with a diverse customer base - Strong sales management skills to lead a successful sales team - Ability to negotiate effectively to secure profitable deals - Experience in outside sales to reach potential clients in various territories - Knowledge of retail sales practices to drive product visibility and increase revenue - Direct sales experience to engage customers directly and drive conversions Job Type: Full-time Pay: $61,171.00 - $150,000.00 per year People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Work Location: In person
