The Marketing & Business Development Coordinator supports the organization's growth by strengthening relationships with current facility partners, cultivating new business opportunities, coordinating marketing initiatives, and serving as a key liaison between external partners and internal teams. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and enjoys balancing relationship management with creative marketing and project coordination. You'll work closely with leadership, our outsourced online marketing partners, and facility partners to support strategic growth initiatives while ensuring an exceptional experience for our referral partners.
What You'll Do
Business Development & Relationship Management
- Support the Business Development Manager by tracking prospective facility partners, coordinating outreach activities, and maintaining accurate records in HubSpot CRM.
- Conduct outreach to prospective facility partners through phone calls and email to introduce PCPG's services and coordinate meetings.
- Assist with new facility onboarding and help maintain positive relationships with existing facility partners through regular check-ins and ongoing communication.
- Schedule and coordinate facility visits, meetings, and follow-up activities.
- Track lead generation, referral activity, and business development efforts, preparing weekly and monthly reports for leadership. Marketing & Communications
- Coordinate marketing initiatives with PCPG's outsourced online marketing partners, including website updates, digital marketing efforts, email campaigns, and content planning.
- Assist with developing and coordinating content for social media, newsletters, the company website, and other marketing materials.
- Coordinate the production and distribution of marketing collateral while helping ensure brand consistency across all communications. Project Coordination & Events
- Coordinate marketing and business development projects, timelines, and tracking tools.
- Support conferences, networking events, facility presentations, and other outreach initiatives.
- Assist with presentations, proposals, and other materials that support organizational growth.
- Perform other related duties as assigned. What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience using or the ability to quickly learn CRM platforms (such as HubSpot), Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and other business software.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, website content management, or digital marketing tools is preferred.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to travel locally to partner facilities, meetings, and events as needed. What Makes You Successful We're looking for someone who is:

Work Environment
This is an in-person position reporting to our Thousand Oaks office. The expectation is for this individual to report into office 4 days/week, with the option to work from home once a week. Regular local travel to partner facilities within the assigned region is required, along with occasional travel for team meetings, conferences, and other business needs. Candidates should be comfortable working independently while maintaining strong communication and collaboration with colleagues in a remote environment.
