Job Summary

Door-to-Door Sales Representative Grindstone Sealcoating Grindstone Sealcoating is a growing pavement maintenance company based in Sturbridge, MA, serving both residential and commercial clients. We help property owners protect their pavement investment through sealcoating, crack filling, and line striping. As we expand our residential presence, we're looking for a driven, personable Door-to-Door Sales Representative to help us grow our customer base with real room to grow into commercial sales and other roles as you prove yourself. This is a full-time position.

What You'll Do

(Field-Based) You'll represent Grindstone directly to homeowners, helping them understand the value of protecting their driveway and pavement before small problems become expensive repairs. Your day will include:

• Meeting homeowners face to face through door-to-door outreach
• Presenting our residential services: sealcoating, crack filling, and driveway maintenance
• Knocking on doors in assigned neighborhoods and territories
• Setting appointments and booking estimates directly with homeowners
• Working with the sales team to strategize and build smart, efficient routes
• Understanding customer needs and recommending the right service plan
• Learning the full sales process from first knock to close, including onsite estimating
• Following up on leads and helping move prospects through the sales process
• Staying sharp on our services, pricing, and what sets us apart from competitors
• Hitting monthly sales targets with strong earning potential through commission Room to Grow This role starts in residential sales, but it's not a dead end. You'll learn the business from the ground up appointment setting, estimating jobs onsite, running the full sales process start to finish. As you build a track record, there's a clear path to move into commercial sales and other opportunities within Grindstone as the company continues to grow.
