About the Role

We are looking for motivated people who want to make money and grow. You'll talk to clients, give quotes, and close deals. We provide training, support, and real opportunities to grow.

What You'll Do

• Talk to clients and provide auto insurance quotes
• Follow up with leads and close sales
• Recommend additional insurance products
• Manage a pipeline of prospects and referrals
• Work with a supportive team to hit goals What We're Looking For
• Strong communication skills
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Comfortable talking to new people
• Team player with a collaborative mindset
• Sales or customer service experience is a plus (not required)
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
