SALES COORDINATOR Americas Home Place, a national custom home builder specializing in scattered lot homes, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and deliver an exceptional customer experience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is interested in growing within the residential construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience

• Greet and welcome customers to the Building Center
• Introduce clients to the homebuilding process and ensure a positive first impression
• Answer incoming calls and respond to general inquiries Sales Support & Lead Management
• Follow up with prospective customers via phone and email
• Maintain and manage lead database using Oracle-based systems
• Support Sales Managers through the sales process, from initial contact to contract and selections Administrative Support
• Organize and maintain sales contracts and customer files
• Assist in collecting required documentation to facilitate timely closings
• Maintain territory maps and internal tracking systems Marketing & Events
• Coordinate sales events, promotions, and open houses
• Assist with advertising planning
• Ensure the Building Center is updated with current product offerings, selections, and displays Office Support
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment
• Perform additional administrative duties as assigned by the General Manager

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales or customer service experience (required)
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
• Experience with computer systems required (Google Workspace and/or Oracle systems preferred)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Professional and customer-focused demeanor Schedule
• Full-time, 5 days per week
• Occasional Saturdays required
