Bilingual Insurance Agent (English/Spanish) We are seeking a motivated Bilingual Insurance Agent to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional service to clients, selling insurance products, and supporting a variety of administrative functions. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, sales experience, and the ability to build lasting client relationships. Experience in retail sales or telemarketing is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients by identifying their insurance needs and recommending appropriate products
• Manage inbound and outbound calls in both English and Spanish
• Build and maintain strong, longterm customer relationships
• Process applications, maintain client records, and support administrative tasks
• Meet sales goals and contribute to team success

Qualifications

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
• Active Property & Casualty (P&C;) Insurance License or willingness to obtain one
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in sales, retail, or telemarketing preferred
• Selfmotivated with a customerservice mindset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
