We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Insurance Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while assisting clients in selecting the best insurance products to meet their needs. This role involves outside sales, negotiation, and relationship building within the community. As an Insurance Agent, you will play a vital role in helping individuals and businesses protect their assets and plan for their future.

Duties

• Engage in outside sales activities to generate new business opportunities and expand the client base.
• Conduct thorough needs analysis with clients to identify appropriate insurance solutions.
• Negotiate policy terms and conditions with clients to ensure satisfaction and understanding of coverage.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining ongoing relationships with clients.
• Assist with marketing initiatives to promote insurance products and services within the community.
• Manage sales administration tasks including documentation, policy renewals, and claims processing.
• Utilize communication skills to effectively convey complex information regarding policies and benefits to clients.
• Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and competitor offerings to provide informed recommendations.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance overall service delivery and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in insurance or financial/lending sales environments.
• Strong negotiation skills with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
• Proficient in sales administration processes and analysis skills to assess client needs accurately.
• Familiarity with Property & Casualty, Life, Accident & Health and telemarketing is advantageous.
• A strong commitment to customer service excellence is essential for success in this role.
