What You'll Do

:

• Lead Management: Follow up promptly and professionally with sales leads from inquiries and referrals.
• Dealer Development: Identify and establish relationships with new dealers to grow our network.
• Customer Engagement: Act as a point of contact for sold customers, providing updates and ensuring satisfaction throughout the process.
• Shop Presence: Be hands-on in the shop, gaining firsthand knowledge of our products to better serve customers and dealers.
• Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the team to refine sales strategies and achieve company goals. What We're Looking For:
• Industry Knowledge: A passion for boating and familiarity with boats and their features (experience in marine sales is a big plus).
• Sales Experience: Proven success in a sales role, particularly in custom or high-end products.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Relationship Builder: Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and dealers.
• Self-Motivated: A proactive attitude with a desire to contribute to a growing company.
