Requirements

Achieve $25,000/month in new business premium (approximately $300,000 annually) Maintain consistent outbound calling and follow-up activity Operate in a performance-driven, goal-oriented environment Take ownership of results and pipeline performanceEngage and follow up with warm leads Quote and close Auto, Home, and Life insurance policies Cross-sell products and build long-term client relationships Manage pipeline and meet monthly production goals
