Using auto alert equity mining tool, creating appointments, buying cars for the used car inventory, generating leads, making phone calls, sending emails, and focusing only on the service drive with the tools provided. Experience a big plus, will consider similar sales and customer service experience. Flexible schedule and off Sundays. Dedicated and results oriented Service to Sales Specialist with experience in automotive dealerships. Skilled at identifying sales opportunities among current service customers, building trust during service visits, and seamlessly transitioning them into the sales process. Proven ability to generate high quality sales leads from the service lane, increase customer retention, and drive new and pre-owned vehicle sales while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction. Key Strengths:

• Expert at recognizing trade-in and upgrade opportunities during service interactions
• Strong relationship building skills with service customers to create warm sales handoffs
• Proven track record of converting service customers into vehicle sales appointments
• Collaborative team player working closely with Service Advisors, Technicians, and Sales Management
