About the Position We are a fast-growing legal marketing company seeking motivated sales professionals to answer qualified inbound calls from individuals who have recently been involved in motor vehicle accidents. Many callers initially believe they are contacting an insurance claims resource. Your role is to build trust, understand their situation, determine whether they may benefit from legal representation, and professionally guide qualified callers through the attorney intake process. No cold calling. Qualified inbound leads are provided.

Compensation

• $17.00 per hour
• Uncapped performance-based commission
• Top performers have the opportunity to earn six figures annually Your earning potential is based entirely on your ability to help qualified callers and consistently deliver results.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound accident-related calls professionally and compassionately
• Build trust and rapport with callers
• Gather accurate accident and injury information
• Educate qualified callers about their available legal options
• Guide qualified individuals through the attorney intake process
• Follow up with prospective clients when appropriate
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly performance goals
• Maintain accurate notes and CRM records

Qualifications

• Previous phone sales, call center, or customer service experience preferred
• Excellent communication and active listening skills
• Strong objection-handling and closing abilities
• Self-motivated with a competitive mindset
• Comfortable working remotely in a professional home office
• Reliable computer, high-speed internet, and a quiet workspace Preferred Experience
