Dry Guyz Restoration is hiring Entry-Level Sales Reps & Inspectors to generate leads, perform roof and exterior damage assessments, and help homeowners navigate the restoration process. This role is ideal for individuals who are confident in face-to-face interactions, field work, and identifying storm or property damage. You'll be the first point of contactcreating opportunities, inspecting properties, and guiding homeowners toward solutions. What You'll Do

Lead Generation (Door-to-Door)

• Knock doors in targeted neighborhoods impacted by storm or exterior damage
• Start conversations with homeowners and educate them on potential issues
• Generate leads and schedule roof and property inspections Roof & Exterior Inspections
• Perform basic roof and exterior damage assessments (training provided)
• Identify signs of storm damage, leaks, or wear
• Document findings and explain next steps to homeowners Client Guidance
• Help homeowners understand the inspection and restoration process
• Assist in initiating insurance claims when applicable
• Build trust through honest, professional communication Pipeline & Follow-Up
• Track leads, inspections, and project progress
• Maintain communication with homeowners throughout early project stages
• Work with internal teams to ensure smooth handoffs What We're Looking For Required
