Your neighbors have valuable things collecting dust. Furniture. Tools. Electronics. Things they want to sell but won't. Because listing online, messaging strangers, getting lowballed, and dealing with no- shows is exhausting. That's where you come in. What you actually do: You visit local sellers for a short 3060 minute visit take photos, grab a few details, and submit everything to our central desk team through our system. That's it for step one. Our desk team handles everything else strategic pricing, professional listings, finding and vetting buyers, scheduling pickups. You never write a listing. You never message a buyer. You never negotiate. When a buyer is ready, you show up for the handoff. Collect the cash. Pay the seller their agreed amount on the spot. Keep your cut. No inventory. No cold calling. No negotiation. No storage. No chasing anyone. What you can earn: You earn a real share of every closed deal. Agents regularly clear $200$400 per transaction. The stacking effect is where it gets interesting one seller often has multiple items, meaning one afternoon visit can trigger several payouts. Some agents keep this as flexible side income. Others build a serious local pipeline and earn significantly more. This is NOT for everyone. We run a short interview before activating any agent. We keep the network small and selective on purpose because every deal depends on the person showing up. If you're reliable, professional, and ready to follow a proven system this was built for you.
