Join Our Team at Lincoln Fine Wines! We're looking for a wine/spirits-savvy, customer-focused Retail Associate to join our small but passionate team. Position Details: This is a full-time, in-person position. You'll need to be available for a mix of morning, afternoon, and evening shifts, including weekends. Occasional additional hours during busy seasons or events may be requested. What You'll Be Doing:

• Assist customers with wine recommendations based on their tastes and needs
• Operate the register and handle sales transactions
• Receive and unpack deliveries, stock shelves, and organize displays
• Maintain store cleanliness and presentation
• Answer customer inquiries in person and over the phone
• Help with in-store tastings and events as needed
• Contribute to a collaborative, welcoming atmosphere What We're Looking For:
• Prior experience in retail or customer-facing roles
• A working knowledge of wine (formal wine education preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift boxes up to ~40 lbs
