• Pay: $65,000 - $121,000 Annually
• Schedule: Full Time
• Department Hours: Monday - Friday: 8:30am - 8:00pm, Saturday: 9:00am - 7:00pm, and Sunday: 10:00am - 6:00pm Why Join Our Team?

What You'll Do

• Help clients find the Subaru that best fits their lifestyle and needs
• Demonstrate vehicle features, technology, safety systems, and benefits
• Create new business through networking, referrals, and prospecting
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals while contributing to a high-performing team
• Become a trusted Subaru product expert

• 1+ year of Sales or customer service experience

• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence. Total Rewards The Estimated Annual Earning Range for this position is $65,000 - $121,000. This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long- term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Individual Payable Gross, and Individual Units Sold, Manufacturer Approvability. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
