We're looking for a motivated Salesperson to join our team and help customers find the perfect products to enhance their lifestyles.

What You'll Do

:

• Engage with Customers Greet visitors in our showroom, listen to their needs, and recommend the best pool and spa solutions.
• Drive Sales Growth Meet and exceed sales goals by providing outstanding customer service and product knowledge.
• Demonstrate Products Showcase our pools, hot tubs, and accessories, explaining features and benefits to help customers make informed decisions.
• Build Relationships Maintain strong connections with customers through follow-ups and excellent service to ensure long-term satisfaction.
• Process Transactions Handle sales efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
• Stay Informed Keep up with industry trends, promotions, and product details to confidently assist customers.
• Team Collaboration Work with fellow team members to create a welcoming showroom environment and seamless operations.
• Maintain the Showroom Assist with merchandising and showroom upkeep to enhance the customer experience.
• Resolve Customer Concerns Address inquiries and issues professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Ongoing Learning Participate in training programs to strengthen your sales skills and expand product knowledge. What We're Looking For:
• Previous sales or retail experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills you enjoy connecting with people.
• A customer-first mindset and a passion for delivering top-notch service.
• Self-motivated and results-driven with a focus on achieving sales goals.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems , we can train.
• Knowledge of pool and spa products is a plusbut don't worry, we'll provide training!
• Willingness to work weekends as needed.
