With a large inventory of quality pre-owned vehicles and strong customer demand, our team operates in a fast-paced environment built on professionalism, customer focus, and growth opportunity.Position OverviewWe are seeking Sales Associates who are energetic, coachable, and ready to succeed. No automotive sales experience required we will train the right person. Key Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers in a professional and welcoming manner
• Help customers select pre-owned vehicles that fit their needs and budget
• Conduct vehicle walkarounds and highlight features and benefits
• Lead test drives and explain pricing, financing, and warranty options
• Follow up with leads and previous customers to build lasting relationships
• Maintain accurate CRM notes and ensure consistent follow-up
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Motivated, energetic, and willing to learn
• Goal-oriented and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
