Position Summary

We are looking for motivated, energetic, and outgoing individuals to join our growing field sales team. As a Community Solar Sales Representative, you'll meet with residents in local neighborhoods, explain the benefits of community solar, answer questions, and help eligible customers enroll in programs that can reduce their electricity costs. No prior sales experience is requiredwe provide training and ongoing support.

Responsibilities

• Canvass neighborhoods and speak with potential customers.
• Educate residents about community solar savings and enrollment.
• Build rapport and answer customer questions honestly and professionally.
• Complete customer enrollments accurately.
• Meet individual and team sales goals.
• Maintain a positive attitude and represent Brighter Earth Energy professionally.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation is preferred.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
• Willingness to work outdoors and walk throughout the day.
