Sales Associate Nurse Community Outreach Location: Kansas City Position Type: Paid, in-person role VeeShift is seeking a dynamic, outgoing, and motivated Sales Associate to help grow our nurse community in the Kansas City market. This is a highly social, relationship-driven position. The Sales Associate will meet directly with nurses, attend local events, build community relationships, represent the VeeShift brand, and use social media to connect with and engage healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Meet and engage with nurses throughout the Kansas City area.
• Represent VeeShift at community events, networking opportunities, and recruiting activities.
• Explain VeeShift's services and opportunities clearly and professionally.
• Build relationships with nurses and local healthcare communities.
• Use LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok for outreach, networking, engagement, and brand visibility.
• Follow up with prospective providers by phone, text, email, and social media.
• Help nurses complete the application and onboarding process.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, follow-ups, and results.
• Work closely with recruiting, marketing, and operations teams to improve nurse acquisition.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, sales, and relationship-building skills.
• Energetic, confident, professional, and comfortable meeting new people.
• Active and professional presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Comfortable creating connections and communicating through social media.
• Sales, recruiting, healthcare, community outreach, hospitality, or customer-service experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with the Kansas City healthcare or nursing community is a strong advantage.
• Organized, dependable, and motivated by measurable goals.
