Flooring Sales Representative Reputable, top rated residential and commercial flooring contractor, specializing in hardwood, laminate, vinyl plank, and tile flooring is seeking a sales representative to promote our business and service our existing customers. Reporting to the owner, the sales representative will be responsible for selling flooring products and services directly to clients, to expand our customer base and drive revenue growth. If you have previous sales experience, are passionate about the flooring, construction, renovations, and/or design and thrive in a fast-paced environment that values innovation, we want to hear from you. Essential Responsiblities Identify and pursue potential leads in assigned residential and commercial territories. Demonstrate and explain various flooring products (laminate, hardwood, tile, carpet, etc.) to customers, highlighting benefits, applications, and installation considerations Sell flooring products including carpet, hardwood, laminate, ceramic tile, vinyl flooring, and window treatments. Present product solutions, negotiate contracts, and close sales to meet or exceed monthly and annual targets. Assist customers with flooring choices explaining features and benefits Building customer relationships by providing outstanding customer service from initial contact to completion of job and post installation follow up Accurately process orders, coordinate deliveries. follow up on customer needs Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and new flooring innovations Prepare quotes and writing sales orders using flooring specific software Provide excellent service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction Essential

Qualifications

Previous experience selling flooring preferred. Commensurate industry experience acceptable. A minimum of one (1) to three (3) years of outside sales experience preferred.
