JGSM Inc. is growing in Clearwater, and we need a Customer Sales Representative who is the backbone of our sales operations. The Customer Sales Representative ensures every account, claim, and schedule is managed with absolute accuracy. Because in sales, the only thing worse than a cracked windshield is a cracked sales process. And as a leading sales firm, we like ours intact. As a Customer Sales Representative you'll coordinate between our team and our customers whose windshields resemble abstract art. The Customer Sales Representative coordinates repairs, answers sales questions, and processes paperwork. You'll then learn to have a straight face when our customers ask if you can fix it today because they have a road trip tomorrow.

Responsibilities

of the Customer Sales Representative

• Support the sales team by reviewing incoming customer leads, confirming vehicle glass damage details, and preparing accurate enrollment files.
• Speak with our customers in an informative way to explain current Auto Glass promotions, simple service rates, and the quick scheduling process.
• Guide customers through the sales steps, ensuring all vehicle and account details are entered accurately.
• Coordinate with dispatch and installation crews to keep service appointments on track and maintain high delivery standards.
• Provide clear answers to scheduling, service, or documentation questions to keep customers informed and confident.
• Join daily sales meetings to review performance metrics and stay current on Auto Glass safety and compliance guidelines.

Qualifications

of a Customer Sales Representative

• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Experience in sales or customer support is a plus, but not required.
• Organized when handling multiple sales requests while maintaining service quality.
• Ability to learn modern auto glass and chiprepair standards with confidence. Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
