• Pay: $46,500 - $154,000 Annually
• Schedule: Full Time
• Department Hours: Monday - Friday: 8:30am - 8:00pm, Saturday: 9:00am - 7:00pm, and Sunday: 10:00am - 6:00pm Why Join Our Team?

What You'll Do

• Respond quickly and thoroughly to internet, phone, text, and email inquiries
• Convert leads into showroom appointments
• Build customer trust through proactive follow-up and personalized service.
• Collaborate with the sales team to maximize closing opportunities
• Manage customer communications through our CRM system
• Deliver a personalized customer experience from first contact through delivery What You'll Bring
• 1+ year automotive Internet Sales, BDC, or Digital Sales experience REQUIRED
• Experience with appointment setting and sales performance
• Experience with building relationships, responding to customer needs, and delivering quality service.
• Demonstrate flexibility and efficiency in a high-volume sales environment
• Eager, proactive, and focused on achieving sales success.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence. Total Rewards The Annual Estimated Earnings Range is $46,500 - $154,000. This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long- term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Commission off Individual Payable Gross, and Bonuses based on Individual Units Sold, Manufacturer Approvability. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
