• Pay: $48,200 - $158,700 Annually
• Schedule: Full Time
• Department Hours: Monday - Friday: 9:00am - 7:00pm, Saturday: 9:00am - 6:00pm, and Sunday: 10:00am - 6:00pm Why Join Our Team?

What You'll Do

• Help clients find the BMW that best fits their lifestyle and needs
• Build lasting customer relationships through outstanding service and follow-up
• Create new business through networking, referrals, and prospecting
• Become a trusted BMW product expert
• Deliver a premium purchase experience from first contact through vehicle delivery
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals while contributing to a high-performing team What You'll Bring
• 1+ years of sales, customer service experience or automotive sales experience.
• Desire to achieve personal and financial goals.
• We value experience in luxury retail, real estate, hospitality, financial services, or other consultative sales environments.
• Demonstrate the ability to create positive customer experiences
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence. Total Rewards The Annual Estimated Earnings Range is $48,200.00-$158,70.00. This is a performance-driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long- term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes: commission on individual payable gross, and bonuses based on: individual units sold, and manufacturer approvability. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
