We are seeking motivated and driven individuals to join our team as Commercial Real Estate Agents. Our team is led by highly experienced brokers with over 30 years in the industry who are dedicated to providing hands-on training, mentorship, and support to help you build a successful career in commercial real estate. As a Commercial Real Estate Agent, you will work directly with investors, assist in real estate transactions, negotiate terms, coordinate with lenders and third-party professionals, manage transaction paperwork, and actively prospect for new business opportunities. This is a commission-only position with unlimited earning potential. We also offer a unique Path to Partnership program designed to reward growth, leadership, and long-term commitment within the team.

Responsibilities

:

• Conduct cold calls and prospecting activities
• Meet with property owners, investors, and clients
• Represent investors in commercial real estate transactions
• Negotiate pricing and terms of sale agreements
• Coordinate with brokers, lenders, escrow, and other third parties
• Manage transaction paperwork and ensure compliance
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships
• Perform strategic outreach to generate new business opportunities

Requirements

:

• No prior experience or real estate license required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Sales and client development abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
