What You'll Do

as a Verizon Sales Associate:

• Directly engage with the community to expand your loyal customer base, including at off-site marketing events.
• Explain Verizon's internet, wireless, and entertainment service offers
• Generate sales by using your passion for cutting-edge technology, and exceptional customer service to expand the Verizon network.
• Give insights and solution recommendations to provide customers with tailored solutions
• Continuously develop yourself through ongoing training
• Close sales by using clear communication skills and sales strategies
• Proper execution of each step in the sales process What You'll Bring as an Ideal Verizon Sales Associate:
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Sales Experience or Customer Service experience preferred
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Willing to help customers, provide information, and process payments quickly
• Can use computer systems or basic understanding of modern technology
