We're hiring a Retail Sales Associate to support community outreach events and retail campaigns for one of the nation's leading telecommunications providers. As a Retail Sales Associate, you'll represent industry-leading wireless products and services through in-person interactions with customers at retail locations and community events. Every Retail Sales Associate plays a direct role in helping customers find solutions that fit their needs while gaining valuable experience in communication, sales, and customer engagement. Your day-to-day responsibilities as a Retail Sales Associate will include:

• Represent wireless products and services at retail stores and local events as a Retail Sales Associate
• Engage directly with customers to understand their needs and answer questions
• Educate customers on available plans, devices, and promotions
• Help customers identify solutions that align with their lifestyle and wireless goals
• Support daily and weekly sales objectives through consistent customer interactions
• Maintain a professional, energetic presence throughout every event and retail campaign
