About the Role

: North Alabama House Buyer is a growing, high-volume home-buying company in North Alabama, and we're looking for a licensed, highly motivated in-house Real Estate Agent to sell our properties both on and off market direct to buyers, cash investors, and rehabbers. We generate the listings. Your job is to sell them. You'll price each property accurately, market it to the right buyer, and negotiate deals that close fast and close clean. This is a full pipeline of ready-to-move inventory, not a role where you're chasing your own leads to build a book of business from scratch we hand you the volume, you bring the sales skill to convert it.

What You'll Do

:

• Market properties both on and off the MLS, matching each listing to the buyer pool most likely to close quickly and at the right price
• Price properties accurately using comps and market data, adjusting strategy for on-market retail sales versus off-market investor/cash deals
• Field offers from buyers, negotiate price and terms, and move quickly to lock in the strongest, most reliable buyer
• Make outbound calls to potential buyers, build genuine relationships with them, and present deal opportunities that help them hit their own real estate goals
• Manage a full pipeline of active listings simultaneously offers, counteroffers, contracts, and closings without letting details slip
• Coordinate with title companies, closing attorneys, and our internal team to keep every deal on track for an on-time, compliant closing
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of every deal's status and communications in our CRM
• Represent North Alabama House Buyer professionally in every transaction, upholding real estate law, Fair Housing regulations, and our reputation in the market What We're Looking For:
• Active real estate license in Alabama (required)
• Proven experience selling real estate, with investor sales or cash-buyer experience is a strong plus
• A track record of negotiating with buyers and closing deals under deadline pressure
• Strong organizational skills you can manage a full pipeline of properties at different stages without losing track of details
• Comfort with CRM systems and general tech tools (Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, dialers, e-signature platforms)
• Working knowledge of purchase agreements, real estate contracts, and the closing process, including what title companies and attorneys need from you and when
• Solid understanding of real estate law, Fair Housing regulations, and ethical standards governing real estate practice
• Excellent, direct communication skills you can build trust with a buyer just as easily as you can push a closing attorney to hit a deadline
