MH Consultants Victoria is rapidly expanding in the Victoria "Crossroads" and we are seeking Lead Sales Consultants to join our team ASAP. We specialize in providing families with precision-engineered manufactured and modular homes, delivering the American dream faster than any site-built competitor. Why Us?

Responsibilities

:

• Manage the complete sales cycle for manufactured and modular homes, from digital lead generation to the final closing table.
• Consult with clients to design customized land-home packages and navigate FHA Title I, Title II, and chattel (home-only) financing.
• Maintain a rigorous, self-disciplined follow-up routine using our CRM platform to maximize conversion rates.
• Build a dominant personal brand in the South Texas market through strategic social media and community networking.

Qualifications

:

• The Closer Mindset: 1+ year of high-ticket B2C sales experience (Real Estate, Auto, Solar, etc.) with a track record of exceeding quotas.
• Extreme Ownership: A self-disciplined professional who enjoys working with little direction and has a high stress tolerance.
• Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage complex contracts and the "fine print" of mortgage approvals with total accuracy.
• Schedule Commitment: Full-time. Monday to Friday (one day off) + Saturday Required (Sundays always off).
• Bilingual Preferred: Fluency in Spanish/English to serve our Victoria community. Supplemental Pay:
• Commission pay (Uncapped)
