You'll guide customers through our massive selection to find the perfect pieces for their dream homes. Helping our guests make the best buying decisions because we truly have Something for Everybody. What we're looking for: The People Person: Someone who listens but not afraid to ask questions and loves exceeding expectations. The Student: A willingness to master our proven selling system (we provide the training!). Two weeks of paid sales training with a company trainer. The Professional: Previous front facing customer experience is required; commission experience is a huge plus. The Schedule: Retail hours, including evenings and weekends and some Holidays. Typical weekly schedule is between 40-44hrs a week with split shifts. Store Hours: M-F 10-7, Sat 10-7, Sun 11-4 (South County 11-5) Ready to start?
