Location: Torrance, CA (100% Onsite) Pay: $28.00$36.00 per hour (DOE) + Commission Are you a motivated sales professional with experience in freight or logistics? We're looking for an Inside Sales Representative who thrives on building relationships, developing new business, and delivering customized transportation solutions. What You'll Do

• Prospect and develop new business through cold calling, email outreach, networking, and referrals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Prepare transportation quotes, negotiate pricing, and close new business opportunities.
• Manage your sales pipeline and customer activities using CRM software.
• Collaborate with the Operations team to ensure exceptional customer service and successful shipment execution.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales and profitability goals. What We're Looking For
• Minimum 2 years of inside sales experience in the freight forwarding, logistics, or transportation industry.
• Proven ability to generate new business and close sales.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
• Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented. Preferred Experience Experience selling one or more of the following transportation services:
• LTL (Less-Than-Truckload)
• FTL (Full Truckload)
• Dry Van
• Flatbed
• Rail
• Air Freight
• Ocean Freight
• Shipping throughout the U.S., including Alaska and Hawaii
