Intake Representative (Call Center - Onsite)

Compensation

• $25.00 - $32.00 based on experience, plus performance-based incentives Training & Work Schedule
• Training Schedule: Monday - Friday from 8:30am - 5:30pm (3 weeks)
• Shifts Days: Tuesday Saturday, or Sunday - Thursday, Thursday - Monday
• Shifts: 10:00am-7:00pm, 12:00pm - 9:00pm, 3:00pm - 12:00am, or 11:00pm - 8:00am Accountable for
• Evaluate prospective client inquiries and phone calls, analyzing their case fit and making sure they feel seen and heard.
• Work with the firm's intake management team to determine viability of potential cases.
• Entice clients and relate to them and encourage them to sign on with our firm.
• Build relationships with potential clients and vendors.
• Deliver customized, targeted sales strategies to ensure monthly goals are met.
• Update the firm's database in a timely manner with accurate data.
• Upload and share pertinent documents appropriately.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in sales, customer service, or call center.
• Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills required.
• Possesses the ability to be empathetic yet persuasive.
• Ability to multi-task and type at least 40 wpm while speaking with potential clients.
• Experience handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls.

The Intake Representative responds to questions from potential candidates, listens to, gathers and documents all relevant information. This role requires the ability to be empathetic and understanding while letting potential clients know how the firm can meet their needs.
