Key Responsibilities

• Market and advertise homes for sale in Greenville, Simpsonville, and surrounding areas
• Respond quickly to online leads, calls, and client inquiries
• Host open houses and convert local buyer traffic
• Manage multiple buyers and sellers throughout the transaction process
• Negotiate contracts and guide clients from showing to closing

Qualifications

• Active South Carolina Real Estate License (required)
• 1+ year of residential real estate experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of the Greenville/Upstate SC market is a plus
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
