Compensation

: $150,000$600,000+ projected annual earnings, commission- based Expert Home Builders is hiring experienced in-home sales closers for high- ticket home improvement and construction projects across California. This is not an entry-level sales job. We are looking for serious sales professionals who already know how to walk into a homeowner's house, build trust, present a solution, handle objections, and close. If you have a proven track record in home improvement, construction, remodeling, roofing, HVAC, windows, solar, foundation, kitchen/bath, or other high-ticket home services sales this opportunity is built for you. Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of home improvement, home services, construction, or in-home sales experience
• Strong closing ability and confidence selling high-ticket projects
• Experience presenting financing/monthly payment options preferred
• Ability to run homeowner appointments professionally
• Strong communication, follow-up, and objection-handling skills
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
