Dealership: L0375 Keyes Hyundai of Van Nuys Keyes Hyundai Now Hiring- Sales Representatives

• Pay: $4,000.00-$12,000.00 monthly earning potential.
• Schedule: 5-day work week with 2 rotating days off.

What You'll Do

• Guide customers through the vehicle purchase and leasing process from start to finish.
• Build lasting customer relationships through exceptional service and follow-up.
• Conduct vehicle presentations, demonstrations, and test drives to help customers find the right vehicle.
• Respond promptly to internet leads, phone inquiries, and showroom guests.
• Exceed sales, customer satisfaction, and dealership performance goals. What You'll Bring
• 1+ years of previous sales experience in any industry (retail, customer service, B2B, call center, hospitality)
• Maintain any required salesperson license (if applicable).
• Basic computer skills.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence. Total Rewards The monthly California pay range for this position is $4,000.00-$12,000.00. This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long- term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Individual Payable Gross, and Individual Units Sold, Manufacturer Approvability. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
