Outside Sales Representative (Construction Sales & Client Relations) Location: Massachusetts (Field-Based) Employment Type: Full-Time Join the Guimauto Construction Team! Guimauto Construction is growing, and we're looking for a motivated, organized, and customer-focused Outside Sales Representative to join our team. This is a field-based position ideal for someone who enjoys meeting clients, building relationships, and helping homeowners find the best construction solutions. Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners through scheduled appointments.
• Generate new business opportunities and build strong client relationships.
• Present estimates, proposals, and customized construction solutions.
• Follow up on proposals, contracts, and sales opportunities.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records.
• Achieve monthly sales goals and performance targets.
• Represent Guimauto Construction with professionalism and integrity.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Portuguese (required).
• Must reside in Massachusetts.
• Valid driver's license.
• Reliable personal vehicle.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and sales skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
